Atlantic Gateway Proposal

The Department of Corrections issued a Request for Expressions of Interest to architects and developers, soliciting ideas for re-opening the Brooklyn House of Detention. The RFEI specified that commercial retail space be included in all proposals.

Only one proposal was submitted. The DOC rejected it and did not tell anyone about its existence.
